Owned by a French couple this vineyard has
75 acres of old Malbec vines, averaging 50 years old and planted 3200 vines per acre yielding 1.8 tones per acre. In Maipú they also have a vineyard growing 30 year old Cabernet Sauvignon with the same yields but half the density as the Malbec. In Maipú they also have
62 acres of Chardonnay. 25% of their vines are protected with hail nets. Vinification is in stainless steel and aged in oak barrels. The have 450 French barrels and replace one third every year.
