Finca Flichman
On
e of
Argentina’s best known wineries, its building is a charming, pink-hued colonial style bodega. Flichman is famous for producing some of
Argentina’s earliest fine wine in the form of Caballero de
la Cepa. Now it's owned by a Portuguese wine group and is one of
Argentina’s champion wines, available all over the world.

Purchased in 1910 and renamed by Sami Flichman the winery became one of
Mendoza’s best producers thanks to labels such as Caballo de
la Cepa. It's now in the hands of the Portuguese Sograpes group. They have 1300 barrels, 70% American and 30% French. Flichman is now one of
Argentina’s ten largest wine exporters.
