A Fun Flight over the Vineyards
The day starts with an aerial tour of
Mendoza province. We take off in a four-seater Cessna from
Chacras de Coria Aeroclub and glide over the pool dotted suburbs south of
Mendoza. Next the plane climbs over the mountains and we take a dramatic sweep past Cerro de
la Plata and the turquoise colored Potrerillos dam. The flight comes full circle by flying over the garden city of
Mendoza, a city of trees surrounded by vineyards and desert.
After landing we drive to
Ruca Malen winery, where a fascinating tour is followed by an incredible gourmet lunch, where each course is paired with an excellent wine. Return to
Mendoza city early afternoon.
