This Swiss-owned vinery is brand new, actually so brand new that they still have not finished planting everything yet. Current visitors will see a state of the art winery with a modern basket press - presses that work more softly than their hydraulic counterparts so fewer seeds break. The guides here are knowledgeable and passionate and the tasting in their visitor lounge has a very welcoming feel with everybody sitting around a long, elegant table discussing the wines.
