Nieto Senetiner has 2 wineries with vineyards spread among three Fincas in
Mendoza’s premium zones. They grow Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Syrah, Merlot, Bonarda and Chardonnay in trained on pergolas and vertically. The yield does not exceed 2.4 tones per acre for the Cadus range but may be more than doubled for the more economical ranges. Their own vines are used for the top wines 15% and they buy in the rest from growers with whom they work closely and advise. They have 1200 French barrels and they also use inner staves.
